This boundless jacket complements the animated motion of aerials and freeriding with a durable yet flexible 2-layer shell and a slippery, mesh-lined interior. A waterproof/breathable barrier and Deluge® DWR (durable water repellent) finish stop snow and spindrift. The removable hood and neck gasket keep your heat well preserved; pit zips let it out again. For parks and pipes, articulated arms allow freedom of movement. Pockets: four handwarmers, two chest pockets (one holds your soundtrack), a bicep pocket and two inside mesh pockets. The women’s-specific fit is contoured.

Material
2-layer fabrics are waterproof/breathable by combining a shell fabric with a waterproof barrier. These jackets usually have some kind of internal mesh or hanging fabric liner to protect the barrier.
Technology
Deluge® DWR
Patagonia’s proprietary durable water repellent fabric finish, Deluge DWR, lasts substantially longer than standard DWRs. Garments with the Deluge DWR finish have like-new repellency after years of extensive use.
