Shipping and Handling
We ship product to any of the lower 48 states. We do not currently ship internationally. All orders over $100 qualify for free ground shipping. Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $100. Large items will have additional shipping surcharge added at time of shipping. Call for exact shipping cost. Orders received are generally shipped within 2 business days. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. We do ship to P.O boxes. This will give you the best time estimate for when your package will arrive. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
Damaged products must be reported to us with 10 days of product delivery. Claims made beyond this time period will not be honored. For damage claims, pictures of all four (4) sides of the package, a close-up picture of the BURSTING LABEL (round label printed in ink on the actual shipping box) and pictures of the product/contents of the box must be included.
We are not responsible for any lost products once shipping confirmation states it has been delivered. If this does happen to you, please reach out to us.
